All the people that work there were really helpful.Could not believe the difference in price for my battery,compared to the other quotes I had from Parkers,Halfords,& all of the tyres companies I had got quotes from.My car required a special battery as it was a stop/start vehicle,and they fitted it cheaply as well.Will defently be recommending them to friends & family.
Brilliant! Had a 2yr old leisure battery that had failed. Although it hadn't been supplied by Shield, Tim tested it and suggested that it was recoverable. He kept it for two days, got it fully functioning and we were up and running again. There was no charge (sorry for the pun) for this service. He could have easily sold me a brand new battery but didn't. Totally recommend Tim and his team at Shield
