The dental hygiene nurse I saw was pleasant but extremely scattered and all over the place. She said oops a couple of times whilst she was cleaning, that is the last word you want to hear whilst someones poking around your teeth! Towards the end, the chair and computer stopped working and someone was called in to see what the issue was. At this point I was told she was done and was abruptly sent away. This was my first time there, but wont be returning again as seems very disorganised and I didnt feel I was in safe, professional hands.
It is the first time that I have gone to one dental clinic in the Uk and I am very happy to find The Smile & Implant Center because they were very kind with me and very friendly, and specially they did me an excellent job. Thank you. I will back again
Daniel, Nadia and the team provide a welcoming and highly professional service. Im particularly grateful to Daniel for spotting signs of oral cancer at a routine checkup and promptly referring me to the Royal Infirmary for diagnostic tests and subsequent treatment. I have been attending this practice for a number of years. Daniel and his team are all very cheerful and reassuring. Daniel in particular is very considerate and takes time to listen and explain. His professional skills were second to none when he treated my highly anxious son who required sedation and surgery at the practice. Daniel's competance and professionalism during and after my son's treatment have since allayed my son's anxiety and he now has full confidence should any further treatments be required. Excellent dental practice. Nadia and reception team are extremely helpful, professional and very friendly. It's a very clean modern looking practice. I've always been very happy with my treatments, Danial is one of the most friendly dentists that i have come across, even my children look forward to their appointments with him which, for me takes the stress out of taking them for their regular check ups.
