Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Kids enjoy the activities and there's enough to keep us busy making the most of membership.
Spent over 2 hrs waiting on reception to get membership for myself, wife and 2 kids. We've been told to sit and wait for somebody to come and see us, but nobody turned up. Left completely disappointed. Expected a bit more respect and attention from staff. Nice facility but horrible customer service.
We hold regular networking events at David Lloyd Narborough (Fit4Business Networking) - the staff are always so supportive and friendly to all our delegates and make everyone feel welcome. Thank you to all the DL team and keep up the good work :)
Very friendly staff and clients. Clean and tidy - welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful outdoor pool for use at this time of year. Always plenty of parking when I go. Made some new friends here and we enjoy the cafe area.
Terrible terrible terrible customer service... I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 weeks now and keep getting every excuse under the sun as to why they can't assist me. Multiple calls multiple emails and the person I need to speak to.. well I don't even think they work there anymore.Such a shame as the facilities were really nice but I'll never get a membership with this gym again!
