I stayed in room 3 it was nice and clean staff are all ways happy to help l sleep good the bed did not make a sound
Room was ok for what I payed could of done with more than one sachet of coffee in the room for more than one drink. apart from that a good night's sleep

Very friendly reception. The guest house was clean and comfortable enough but a bit tired and needs some TLC. Good location, plenty of parking and nice garden.
