Customer service is so poor I dread having to come here to pick up my meds, only I don't have much choice as they are the closest for convenience. The lady behind the counter just always has an attitude going, and seems to drag herself about. I don't like leaving negatives reviews, mostly because I cannot be asked, but this just seems to go on and on., and I need to see better customer service.

Unfortunately, two years of decent service were undone by the head pharmacist's rudeness & desire to shout confidential medical information loudly throughout his pharmacy. Implied he would withhold vital prescription "unless I apologise to him for my rudeness" and upon mentioning I would speak to someone about that if he was serious, he said "do not threaten me". A badly insecure man has let down his otherwise helpful employees.
