Unprofessional time wasters, severely impolite and perform like amateurs.I found a property I liked the look of, I viewed the property with Abbey, I liked the property and agreed to move in. I called the same day to find out Abbey had not taken it off the market.I explained I wished to move in right away and would like to pay admin fee, deposit and rent. She explained she had four interested parties and would carry out viewings despite my offer.There was no reason to turn down my offer. I went with another agent with a property in the same location without any problem.
Cannot fault Hunters at all. They sold our house within 2 days and we had 13 viewings all done by Hunters. All through the selling process they never hassled us and although the sale took a while to go through (no fault of Hunters) they kept in touch with regular updates and even rang to congratulate us when it was finalised. I found all the staff to be very professional and would definitely recommend them.
