A lovely place to shop, definitely aimed at the ladies in our lives. Not much for us blokes unless your buying for a female. Pleasent friendly staff.
I had a problem when I used the click and collect service and paid by Paypal. The staff in the shop were very apologetic and helpful. I contacted the customer service email address and they arranged for my order to be in the shop the next working day which I was very impressed with. The customer service both in the shop and online has been above and beyond and I cannot fault it. Thank you very much
I called in today as my car was being serviced down the road. It was my first visit and I was really very impressed. The two members of staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They explained the store layout and also that they have an online shop with click and collect. The range of goods is amazing and if you're looking for something special or different this is the place to go. I was made to feel very welcome and that my custom was important as was me finding what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back for another shop!
